I live in rural missouri and don't notice much if any difference between here and the "south" that I have visited.
Too many transplants. Plus the south turned their backs on Paula Deen. I think that's a sign of the times.

We all were once proud gentlemen of the plantation!
Then the mongrels from the north introduced us to the internet!
And slowly but surely the internet has brought us all down to a sub-human level where we bicker and ask each other "U mad" on a message board.
