Is human nature really human nature?

Humans lived long before recorded history, and very differently than the cave-man images we're made to believe are accurate.

Humans lived for millions of years as leavers, not until roughly 10,000 years ago did taker culture develop alongside totalitarian agriculture.

When we say human nature, what does that really mean?
