I guess so. My wife would be drunk after 5 in an hour or so.

Nothing wrong if they've gotta learner's permit, is there?

If getting smashed and letting a 14 year old drive you to Waffle House is wrong, I don't want to be right.

I'm pretty sure even with a learner's permit, the licensed person in the car has to be sober that's the way it works in Mississippi. Louisiana may be different.

Can't get a learner's permit until 15 in many states.

Also, while probably unwise and certainly illegal, both me and all of my friends could drive just fine at 14.

That's a perk of growing up in the rural south.

Please tell me what is wrong with this

If the kid can drive and abide by the rules what is the problem

I lived in a pretty rural area as a kid but My brother and I used to both drive a local alcoholic guy around to use his truck when he was in the bar to go visit the opposite sex

At least she wasn't having sex with one of her students.
