So, I own a web design company. All of the PC equipment we use is mine, I bought all of it and when I set it up I install software on every comptuer that takes a snap shot of the users screen every 30 mins, just to make sure that everyone is doing what they are supposed to be doing and there are no people on freaking sec rant while we are trying to get a project done.
So one newer guy I hired has been slacking off, getting behind on work. I look on his screen shots and sure enough this motherfricker is on facebook and shite all day. I mean a little bit, I get it. it's an office job, you're gonna do your thing a little as long as work gets done.
So I'm chilling today and this dude has just said frick it and broke out the asian porn in the middle of work lol. Good shite too lol. So I pull him in and show him the screen shots and tell him to pack his shite.
Then I wrote down the name of the site on the screen shots, went home and had an epic fap session
it was fricking awesome. new site i had never heard of at all before and i mean, i get around on porn sites lol

Second week in, this guy starts printing images from porn sites. Unfortunately, his computer was defaulting to the communal printer. He couldn't figure out why his office printer wasn't obeying his commands so he kept hitting the print button.
Someone notified HR and the sex addict was escorted from our building by security with his personal belongings in hand. Okay, that might sound a little strange. He was fired.

No we work in adult sites so cant filter them
