Cop should have had the skills to deal with that without a physical altercation. Old man or any man or woman being grumpy or rude does not constitute a crime.

I hesitate to say someone should be fired after one incident, but this cop at the very least needs to be on a very short leash for a while.

Was the cop listening to rap? Was pretty loud. Maybe I am wrong but it was my understanding that they couldn't have the radio playing while on duty because they had to be able to hear the police radio.
Either way, that cop is a douche.

Not true. Those in car radios are pretty damn loud.
