Taking care of my sick dachshund. They gave him a shot of pain medicine and my dog is literally high as a kite right now. I had to give him another shot of insulin, too. Increased it to twice a day.

Putting together a bed Aggiebelle sent me. I was fine with my air mattress, but she wanted to make sure something sturdier was at hand when she visits next month.
Will probably crash in this thing once I'm done with it. Feeling very unmotivated

Got home and cut up a dry aged bone in strip loin and vacuum sealed the steaks. Now chilling & watching the Top 25 CFB on ESPNU....hate Clemson and Free Shoes U but I needed a football "fix".

Yeah I'm down here to watch a couple of subs install guardrail and stripe the road on these two bridges we should've been finished with months ago.

Nah. We had two jobs last year that got moved up on us for various reasons and we had to pull off these 2 bridges. The industrial shite pays much more than TXDOT work. Things kinda snowballed after that and we just couldn't catch up on these two and have been in liquidated damages for a minute Oh well we should be done next week except for any punch list items they come up with on final inspection.

He's finally asleep. I'm listening to the Coast Guard updates on those 2 boys missing. I hope to God they find them alive.
