Ham drippings, bacon grease, and coffee.

I put it on every breakfast meat, sop my biscuits in it....and I once made a shrimp and grits po-boy with some mixed with the grits. Absolute heaven.

My middle son came home for the winter break tonight and asked for tomato soup and grilled cheese. I'm making it tomorrow.

Thanks

Unfortunately it happens from time to time working with walking Petri dishes.

I've been sick for like two weeks, had a normal cold for a few days, then got horrible sore throat and cough for 4/5 days and now the cough has moved down to my chest, that has been getting better. I think it's almost over but it's been a brutal one and I usually don't get sick often

My cousin teaches and has 3 kids. That house is always sick. I stay away until the summer

Nah, they have never had lice. (That I know of). It's usually one of them sick for a few days and then another one gets it's. Luckily the oldest is 16 and will be off to college soon.

Last night, since it was below 15 the last couple days straight, we went all out. Beef tenderloin with asparagus and homemade potato skins, red wine, and grand Teton beers in between. Homemade cheesecake cupcakes for dessert.

For one of my lady friends coming over this evening, I am preparing one of my specialties.

I take chicken breast, butterfly and tenderize it.
Mix together cream cheese, minced garlic, curry, jalapenos, and a little bit of honey.
Stuff it inside the breast, close it up, wrap the breast in bacon.
Sear the sides to get it good and crisp, before finishing in the oven.

Served with garlic&sour cream mashed potatoes, walnut-balsamic glazed asparagus, and blanched pickled okra.
