I saw a Waffle House on wheels in Columbia S.C. Last night.

We keep trying to tell the Mizzou fans that our Columbia is better than theirs. Bet they don't have a Waffle House on wheels.

It was on i-20 going west, looked like a brand new truck, I have never seen one before.
Its a good idea by Waffle House though, looked very nice. Might have them everywhere soon.
