Banned where? I'm sure it is banned in plenty of places right now.

Damn it, we've moved on to gays getting married. Flag shite was last week.

Just remember that people don't kill people, flags with people kill people.

Prolly next week sometime.

Soon, it has to be next.

CNN had a thing on last night about a movement to change the names of all the Army bases that pull upon names associated with the confederacy. This is bordering on ridiculous. Take that back. We've long passed ridiculous.

Depending on the agenda, "ridiculous" can never be reached.

A better topic would be, 'How long until Killz is banned?'

Do you wish this injustice upon me?

Of course not, I'm just saying that's far more likely than the American flag being banned.

Well it didn't have 50 stars until Hawaii and Alaska joined in -- and everybody knows that's just a bunch of heathens and Sarah Palin

It is the flag of traitorous usurpers who rebelled against the crown and seceded from an empire.
It is the banner under which a campaign of genocide was waged and nearly achieved against the Native people of the land we now live on.
It is the symbol behind which every person of Japanese decent in the country was rounded up and detained in desert camps in awful conditions for years.

So, should it be banned?

I love my country, but we really are the bad guys.
How we treated the Native Americans? Like dicks.
How did both the Union and Confederacy act before the Civil War? Like dicks.
How did the government act during reconstruction? Like dicks.
How about when it came to putting Japanese immigrants and Japanese-Americans in work camps during the late 1930s and early 1940s? Like dicks.
How about blacks until the end of JC laws? Like dicks.
Vietnam War? Yet again, like dicks.
The wars in the Middle East and still maintaining stations in damn near every nation? Dicks.
We are just a nation built on being dicks. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, but it's funny what we learn in history class growing up and it's pretty much all bullshite. In schools they still try to push narratives akin to World War I propaganda. We're not always the good guys, in fact, we are rarely the good guys. More often than not, we are, you guessed it, dicks.
