Gettingmedically discharged on account of my ankle not looking like it'll heal enough to distance run or walk test. Actually quite happy with the news because I wasn't planning on recommitting after 2017.
Any thoughts or good vibes y'all have for me as I transition over the next few months will be much appreciated. Praying the job market is kind to me

Move back to Texas, or at least to a regular place seems like most of the places you've been posted have been kind of BFE

Good luck on your journey into the real world.
P.S. it sucks out here

Sorry to hear about the ankle rehab, but glad you're getting your wish a little earlier than expected.
I'm sure you'll be fine though. What are you looking to get into?

Finna get paid. Congrats.
Edit: JMO, but you'd be crazy not to get your masters while the lady is still in. Especially if you can find a good SCM program.

What are you looking to get into?
My degree is in marketing, and my supply job in the military gave me some experience with supply chain management.
I would like to get into Territory Sales Management like my little brother (also an Ag) does for Altria, as long as I can get to TX or FL.

Sending positive vibes your way broski. My industry is in shambles at the moment or I'd pass on your resume to someone.

The job market is actually doing much better right now - best I've seen it in years. Make it a point of emphasis, in any cover letter you write, about your service record. Many companies like that and can get tax credits for hiring you.

Thanks for the advice. Heard many others say the same. Definitely doing that
Heartening news about the job market, too. I'm not tryna get super rich or anything, just want a solid job so I can focus on family life without worry, you know?
