I had a difficult time convincing myself to get out of bed this morning. I wish they would just do away with the time change altogether

My dad said one time in the 70s they didnt do it one year and it was awesome. It hit me extra hard this year because ive been having to come in to work an hour earlier than normal so it hit me twice as hard.

I'd much rather have the sun rise at 8 am in the winter than set at 4:30 pm. Actually, I think Alabama should move to Eastern time. The sun sets in Georgia practically at the same time but they're an hour forward so where the sun's setting at 4:30 in winter, it's setting at 5:30 over there. I think it makes people miserable.

I basically stop working out every year during DST due to lack of sleep..

I wouldn't, as an avid early riser it is very nice to have some light in the morning when I take my dog out and such. Plus it is really hard to get up early when it is still almost black out at 6:30
