Since there is no gaming board on tSECrant, I figured I would put this here.

We have a solid group of guys in an online dynasty that is run through TD. Lately a few guys have gotten busy and had to quit. We have always typically recruited from the gaming board on TD, but I think it would be really cool to get some other fan bases involved. We used to have a good group of bama, auburn, LSU, and UT fans back in the day that made it pretty fun. If you play NCAA 14, or are interested in starting back up again I would recommend joining, its alot of fun.

Linked below is our anchored thread that we use to communicate. We are looking for as many new guys as we can get. We have about 4 or 5 openings. We are about to start the 2017 season in the next few days, so you will have time to join the dynasty.

Dynasty rules are in the OP of the thread below, but in summation we advance 1-2 times a week depending on how fast people are getting their games in. We are very flexible though.

Heres the LINK. Hope some people are interested in joining.

The truth is, as long as you don't play like a 5th grader would, you are fine. I haven't looked at the rules once since we first made them, and I know that I have never broken them.

Hitting the PlayStation X button when you think you're hitting the Xbox X button never stops being frustrating in my experience. Resulted in some picks at a friends place if I recall correctly.

Of course, spamming the read option still works.

No cheerser(Go for it on 4th every time, no huddle, Run with your QB every play, nano blitzes etc.)
I strongly disagree with the no to going for it on 4th. Ask cokebottleag about an AU team that converted a 4th and 20 But seriously, let people play risks. Even if they're stupid risks.

I already read the exception for no huddle. I basically always run no huddle so...

Run with your QB every play being prohibited is a problem. I have played people who force me to keep the ball on options. Am I supposed to hand off for a loss? Nonsense.

The Nano blitz thing I can actually understand since those tend to be more along the lines of glitches in a way, even though they can be stopped by the offense making slight adjustments to disrupt it.

Not sure why I'm making so much input, not like I'm participating

What is A "nano" blitZ

Basically, it is a special blitz that through some kind of movement, shift, etc. allows a defensive player to fire straight into the backfield almost immediately without fail.

It is despised often due to usually being called a glitch/exploit in some way due to its ridiculously high success rate. A player with a good nano blitz can probably have a defensive player with 80+ sacks when playing AI over the course of a season.

Personally, I use a trick I learned from my brother that isn't a nano blitz that allows a DE to hit triple digit sacks.

That said, I'm fairly certain an offense can make a shift here and there and render them ineffective. Also, running the ball effectively will probably keep someone from doing it much.

Its one thing to go for it on 4th and long, but the rules are designed so that you do not plan to go for it on 4th every time. With as good as some of the guys in our league are on offense, its virtually impossible to hold a team below a 3 yard gain every time.

The problem with no huddle in the game (at least for PS3) is that in user games the defense isn't allowed to even select a play until they are close to lined up so it is very easy for the offense to snap the ball before the defense has the option of even picking a play.

No, on option plays are different. We used to have a guy that ran the triple option. Its more or less designed to take away the ineptitude of a QB spy. Its very easy to run away from the spy and pick up yards every play, running on pass plays with your QB. You can do it, its just frowned upon if it happens all the time which is the same with most things.

I learned how to completely shut down the read option. .................in Madden

Unfortunately, in NCAA, you don't have the option to guess the play. I kinda, sorta, shut down your option the last time we played though.

The way the games designed, certain types of defensive audibles/hot routes/positioning will pretty much guarantee that the offensive line will not register the defensive player as an incoming pass rusher. So basically you can rush right up the middle and the center will go help out on other blocks before he stops the guy right up the middle.

Eh, if our league could find a way to hold me or Rubble every now and then, they can be stopped too
Joking aside, I do see your point.

I never really had an issue picking a play on defense against no huddle. Might be a PS3 thing.

Just think, I didn't use the triple option against you that I had in my pocket.

Nano blitzes have been around for years. Some of them get wiped out with each new game, but new ones pop up too.

Same problem on the 360. Kodar just destroyed people with HUNH Read option. The QB slide was the most frustrating part. At least 50 times, I was about to hit-stick Nick Marshall hard enough to fix his speech impediment, only to watch him slide like a pussy

Please

Not the least bit worried about the triple option. I've scooped and scored so many triple options it's not even funny.

Thats actually pretty likely. I have noticed alot of glitches when I play at home that I haven't seen playing on xbox. I just still don't see how EA sports can't take the fricking time to patch that shite

I almost laughed out loud during a lecture because of this.

Do you mind elaborating a bit? Not many of y'all used HUNH much so I didn't really see it.

CSB. Texas player shut down my read option, but the triple option rekt him.
