Made up for all the damn talking IMO. That was fun to watch from start to finish.

That battle sequence was the best I've seen since Helm's Deep

Just amazing quality when the Calvary charges hit around Jon... Man, I could watch that sequence over and over

This season has been really good. Even the "filler" episodes have had some major movement. I'm not a fan of the shite in Dorne but there's been some pretty awesome stuff happen with other arcs that have been redeeming.

I might've teared up a little bit when those Stark banners rolled down the walls.

Best episode of the entire series, imo. Even without boobs

I broke the silence in my apartment when that happened. "That's the first time a Stark has done anything noteworthy in 8 seasons"

I was hoping Sansa would get a turn punching Ramsay in the face.

It'll be interesting to see where it goes from here. I think we may actually get to see a full on Stark reunion with Arya and Bran headed back to Winterfell.

Daenerys is likely FINALLY heading to Westeros. Talk about seasons of doing nothing. Starks ain't got shite on that one.

I think Ceresi tries to burn down the Sept with everyone in it with the caches of Wildfire left over from the Mad King that wasn't removed during the Battle of Blackwater. The Wildfire has been mentioned far too many times by different characters and shown in recent visions for it to not come into play. It's the only way she's going to survive her trial and she's batshit crazy enough to do it.

I'm intrigued by a preview for next episode that shows Jaime Lannister at the Twins with the Freys. That's opposite the direction of King's Landing from Riverrun. Makes think he might be getting some revenge for what went down at the Red Wedding in his own way.

The only thing that I think would've taken up Ramsey's death a notch would be if Ghost was also involved in his mauling.

I got to see all my favorite characters together again in one episode, so I was happy

Next week will be all kings landing and white walkers, with small clips of Snow and Daenerys to setup next season

Best episode of the season at least. My only problem is that this season is highly predictable and almost watered down in a lot of ways if you compare it to the early seasons.

I made the guess last night that the last scene will be Dany sailing towards Westeros

Yeah, and they even said there were caches below the big church.

I think it'll be a scene from the Tower of Joy. I don't know how many are bookreaders here so I don't want to go beyond that. But that reveal would be a good cliffhanger as well.

It also took me back to Daenerys visions at the House of the Undying early on. She sees the Iron Throne in a half-collapsed room covered in snow. Obviously, there's a ton of potential symbolism in that (i.e. Snow = Jon Snow, Snow = the White Walkers, etc). But I'm wondering if the Throne Room is in fact burnt.

I like the theory that it's actually ash and not snow in the throne room. I don't think that happens but it's cool.

When Jon hit Ramsey with the shield I stood up and started clapping like I just watched AU score a TD and my gf who doesn't watch said "wtf are you doing? "

If I'm Dany, I'm not stepping foot on one of those damn boats. I'm flying

Where was Ghost? I wouldn't have gone to battle without him.
