The Israeli blood thing made me IRL lol.
The post WW2 Jewish lobby probably pulled the greatest marketing coup of all time tricking white Christian Americans into thinking they were some "chosen people" worth defending with our blood and treasure.
If I ever go back to get my marketing PHD that is what I am writing my thesis on.

WWII was fought on the premise that the evil Germans would be impregnating the white wimmens in America, and even worse, the JAPS!! would be doing the same.
The propaganda of the time was all about preserving America from the world-domination designs of the rapacious JAPS and KRAUTS.
The whole Jew-saving stuff came along later. I am personally very skeptical about any ideas about WWII which have their basis in the immediate aftermath of the war. They still sell Middle Eastern wars on the idea that it somehow impacts the U.S. In reality, all of the M.E. stuff is about Israel, and the Israel-lobby is the most powerful lobby in the U.S.
Its actually pretty neat that the comic book at least comes out and says it was a war for Israel.
