Mine is a bacon and egg sandwich.
Cook the bacon, leave the grease and fry 2 eggs in the grease. Slather 2 slices of white bread with mayo and put it all together. Heaven first thing in the morning

This, but make the eggs scrambled, relieve the White bread with Po Boy bread (Leidemheimer preferably), and hold the Mayo. And a side of hash browns.
