Justifiable Homicide IMO
A man kills the man who was found guilty of molesting his daughter just over 10 years ago. Not sure why he waited so long to do it. Looks like he may have snapped because he shot at his step-daughter's boyfriend at a gas station right before driving to the molester's house and offing him.

Yeah, I think he had some other stuff going on in his life and things had gone to shite. Probably said screw it, I've got nothing left to lose, might as well take this low life out.

If i had a daughter and she got molested then the guy would never see a courtroom. He would die a long and painful death at my hands and be burned then buried in a delta swamp somewhere

I don't understand how committing murder helps anything. Especially his daughter. I have a little girl now myself and I'm doing my best to empathize but what a jackass.

It may not be cool or pc, but I would bust a cap in a sombitch if he molested my daughter. If Dad doesn't stand up for her, who does?

You can stand up for your daughter without resorting to violence.

Give me a break.
ETA: granted, I would want to murder that motherfricker too but I hope that I would rise above that primal urge to love and protect my daughter in a way that will last.

I don't believe a jury would convict. I remember a guy in NOLA who did this about 15 yrs ago and walked. Jury understood.
