Evolution is natural eugenics. Human evolution has stopped.
There are no environmental pressures forcing adaptation characteristics into the lead. All characteristics, good and bad, are persisting.
We are becoming, genetically, a human soup. Will this wholesale blending of all variations produce a better or worse species? We don't know yet.

i believe elements of eugenics are a natural occurrence in humans, like on a subconscious level. There are certain "good" qualities that we pursue as men that will help carry our seed.

Eugenics is a monstrous philosophy. Its natural end is using the state to implement policies that prohibit reproduction by those who are deemed undesirable. Forced sterilizations are anathema to a free society.
