Having raised an infant, I can confirm that the witching hour is real and it is between 5 and 6 pm on average, sometimes slightly later.
2 am to 3 is a close second.

Came to say this, every parent will confirm the witching hour is real. Between 5 and 6 those first few months was absolute hell.
