DEA to ban kratom

Anyone else loves the DEA's approach to the heroin epidemic as they are planning on making kratom a schedule 1 drug in 1 month.
Their reasoning is that a lot of heroin users are turning to kratom instead. Well frick yeah that is the point you dumbasses! No one will die from kratom, but how many die from heroin or drugs being sold as heroin? Kratom is much harmless than any opiates the BIG PHARM produces, but then that is what this is all about. Big Pharm can't have you doing a plant for pain management, when you could be instead buying their drugs.
Anyone here use kratom? There are sites out there to sign a petition, but what good will that do? But I signed it.

I just say no to drugs but i agree with your overall point.
Its pretty amazing what things are legal and which things are not illegal. Your average idiot probably thinks its based on big government looking out for you but in actuality its more about big government looking out for those who put them into big government.

I'm actually okay with most of the schedule one substances. I grow weed, enjoy mushrooms and lsd, and will occasionally do mdma. But even being schedule one, they're non addictive and are some of the safest recreational substances you can take.

There have been 3 major overdose episodes in Kentucky within the past few weeks because heroin is being spiked with fentanyl. Several deaths have occurred. Dealers from the greater Cincinnati area supply the entire Commonwealth and they reputedly are getting bad heroin from Mexico.
If kratom is safer, you'd think the cartels would be using it instead of fentanyl so they wouldn't be killing off their clientele. However, because fentanyl is synthesized and kratom is an herbal product I'm sure kratom is much more expensive.
Cartels and corporations both want that maximum profit. Customers be damned.

It would take a LOT of kratom to reach any desired effect. I took two huge capsules of kratom and didn't feel a thing. Fentanyl only requires a small amount, and it is arguably more addicting than the actual heroin so it keeps the users coming back for more.
And the ones manufacturing the heroin couldn't care less about the end users. If one dies from their product, there's always another one waiting in the wings.

Plus you can use it to help quit heroin, you know the epidemic of our time. Have you guys not heard about the absurd number of people dying in cities from tainted dope? This plant can help those people find a way out , a way to stop the pains of withdrawals. It is even great to help quit drinking alcohol.
But yeah if you want to get fricked up, just shoot up some heroin then. I've heard it is awesome and will change your life.
