I played in a golf tournament at River Club in Suwanee,Ga on Tuesday and that would be an average house on a course lot. There were a few that had to be pushing 20k sq ft.. I have seen some big ones at Sugarloaf and Country Club of the South but never any that big and lavish. We just kept talking about how much the maintenance would be on one of those. Just kept thinking how if I owned one and gave a house tour it would be like "and this is my 9th room that I come into once a year."

I'm gonna be up that way tomorrow. This time of year the area around Lake Jocassee, Lake Keowee and the Cherokee Foothills Scenic Highway is absolutely gorgeous.

I wouldn't trade Mizzou, they've got the Cardinals, Chiefs, Royals, decent BBQ and Anheuser-Busch. Pretty sweet state imo. We ain't getting rid of anyone we'd only add 2 more teams (Oklahoma, NCState) if conference expansion/realignment happens again.

The Lsu posters as a whole are the most obnoxious fanbase on here. I've never seen so many crybabies bitch and moan about one school being in the conference as they do. It's reached the level of pathetic.

It's what they do. They hate that they hired Shrek as their coach and they can't win shite in most sports. The Gators do suck in football but we still manage to win conference championships and even national championships.

At 15,000 sq ft, based on the closest comps in NW SC, that house is worth about $400k plus the land and scrap value of the copper pipes.
