I've actually never been to an away stadium before. Been to countless Carolina games, and it is pretty surprising I've never done an SEC road trip.

Starting the thread though because I'm actually going to LA Nov. 4 - 9 and get to see USC vs. Arizona in the Coliseum. Was hoping it'd be a top 10 matchup of two undefeated teams....lol @ that.

Interesting you would bring this up as I was thinking about starting a similar thread. Your trip sounds pretty nice man, I've always thought it would be cool to ride out to California and go to a game at the Coliseum.

I'm going to the Michigan v. Northwestern game next Saturday at the Big House with an alum co-worker. I've never been to a game outside of Jordan Hare or Bryant Denny so it will be interesting to see how all the yankees get down - should be a fun little weekend trip though.

I've been to several. Not sure I can remember them all.

Michigan/Ohio State in the 80's in Columbus. Probably around 83 or 84.

UGA/Auburn game in 85 or 86. The year they turned the sprinklers on the UGA fans that had stormed the field.

UF/LSU in 96 or 97. UF ranked #1 and lost to LSU in Tiger Stadium.

UGA/Tennessee in Athens around 2000.

I'm forgetting a few, but those are the highlights.

I've been to several and always enjoyed the trips. I typically pull for the underdog

I have been to more than a handful. It helps that the wife is a Tenn alum.

Tenn/Oregon in 2010, TSiO in 2012, a few other smaller OOC UT games.

Saw Bama play Memphis at Legion Field in the early 90s.

Been to several Peach Bowl games over the last decade - Tenn/VT in 2009, LSU/GT in 2000, and Tenn/Maryland in 2002. We have four tickets for the game this year, so looking forward to see who gets in that one.

I saw UF beat FSU in Tally in 2012 37-26.
I saw some mid to late 70's University of Miami games before they were The U in the old Orange Bowl.

I went to a few on official and unofficial visits in high school (to be clear, I didn't play FB). Aside from that, I've been to a good deal of Alabama and South Carolina games.

My first non-Ole Miss SEC game was when DJ Hall caught six thousand balls against Tennessee back in 2007.

1989 All-American Bowl

Duke came into the game against Texas Tech, having won 8 games under the direction of HC Steve Spurrier. Promptly getting blown out 49-21. That winning season helped propel Spurrier to Florida's HC position the following year.

2000 UAB vs Southern Miss
Free tickets 1 of about 2000 people at the game. And when the upper deck was still there.

Went to an Ole Miss-Georgia game in Oxford in 1981. Got to see Herschel's iconic somersault TD right in front of me, as I was sitting in that end zone.

In the early 90s, I saw an Ole Miss-Tulane game in the Superdome. Very sad, with maybe only about 20,000 in attendance.

Around '98 or so, I watched Daunte Culpepper and Central Florida against Louisiana Tech in Ruston. Culpepper had a monster game and UCF put up 60+.

I was offered free tickets to Maryland vs. Michigan this weekend, but it's an 8 p.m. game that conflicts with the LSU game and other SEC games I want to watch, plus the weather forecast says it's going to be raining like crazy, so I turned them down. I might try to make it to their game with Ohio State here next year, though.

At least you got to see a good game. USM won that one in OT, IIRC.

I went to a college football game in Japan one time. It was awesome. It was like going to a D3 game in the US. The cheerleaders, students, and fans were all into the game on both sides.

The best player on the field was a Mongolian running back that initially came to school to be on the sumo team. He was about 5'9" and weighed about 270. He ran hard, and it was damn hard for 170 lb LBs and DBs to bring him down. They ran him in a pretty standard T formation set. After a trap block cleared the line, and a lead blocker picked off a backer, the poor safeties had their hands full. I am sure that he had at least 400 yards in rushing that day.

I've been to a few UAB games around 2006-2008. I know I saw them play Troy and Mississippi State. I think I went to 2 or 3 other games as well.

I've been to exactly 161 Alabama games. This weekend @ UGA will make 162. After this weekend, I will have been to every SEC stadium except for USC, Mizzou, and aTm. I've also seen Bama play at Legion Field, Jacksonville twice, New Orleans 3 or 4 times, the Rose Bowl, Georgia Dome many times, and maybe one or two other places.
