My allergies are flaring up. No sinus infections yet though.

I'm popping loratadine to avoid sinus infections. It's working so far. Pollen is at incredible levels in Lexington.

I usually don't have to use my inhaler, but I did last week. I haven't reached the point of popping Zyrtec yet but that may happen this week with the dry, warmer weather moving in.
