I brew at a micro-brewery in northern Alabama. Currently have a slow sparge, so I'm posting a random off-topic post about craft beer! Post your favorite craft brewery(s) in the south east and the beers you enjoy from said breweries. Go!

im a Birmingham native currently living in Colorado. If you're looking for some creative stuff check out Funkwerks and the Crooked Stave. Two very non-traditional breweries specializing in the "weird"

Wild Heaven out of Avondale Estates (Atlanta) has some interesting brews. Their Quad Ale and Imperial Brown are pretty unique.

D9 Brewery out of Cornelius, NC have some of the best sours I've ever had.

Dallas has a lot of great brews.

Community Brewing has 'Mosaic IPA'
Four Corners Brewing has 'Local Buzz'
Oak Highlands Brewing has 'DFDub'
Peticolas Brewing has 'Sit Down or I'll Sit You Down' and 'Velvet Hammer IPA'
Revolver Brewing has 'Blood and Honey'

Lot's of great beers in Dallas. Houston and Austin are full of craft breweries as well. Texans will buy anything if you tell them it's from Texas, which is why I think so many breweries are here.
