UGA chills like a boss on gamedays. Lays on a bag of ice during hot games and most of the time has a "don't give a frick" look no matter what game they have him at.
So, to answer the question, I have to go with UGA (can't remember what # UGA this one is).
Better than these two mascots, though, is Sir Big Spur. I'm just a tad prejudiced, though.

And that pic of UGA looks like the last one that is now dead. So I suppose he does look like shite. The new one has brown markings and resembles the State bulldog, just more white than brown.
