Anyone else got an XBox One?

Not really a gaming guy but I bought an XBox One yesterday along with Madden and NBA2K16. I got a pretty good deal on a bundle so I figured I might as well. I don't know anyone that has one, do any of y'all? I want to be excited about it but probably just wasted a few hundred dollars on something I won't use that often.
*I know there's a gaming board but I don't know shite about all the technical stuff nor do I play any video games other than sports.

Did you at least get the one with the Kinect? That's all I use mine for. Voice commands are the shite.

I just got one, but I don't have any sports games yet. Been mainly playing halo 5 and fallout 4. Xbox ones are pretty awesome if you know how to use them

Just stuff like using voice commands, downloading apps, mirror your tablet, etc. I would just google Xbox one tips to see what would work for you

I got a Wii U for the kids. We were leaning towards the XBone but the sales guy talked us out of it.
And I would have been being a little selfish because the bundle had fallout, CoD, tomb raider, and Halo or something.
I don't think my 6 and 9 year old are ready for that.

I got one. Had it for a couple of years. Would trade that shite for a PS4 any gotdanged day. Error messages everywhere and the bastard apparently requires it's own outlet.

X1 is great for games and entertainment. You are getting it at the end of football season, however it is awesome for Saturdays. With Kinect you just tell it to go to whatever station to switch between games, never need the remote essentially or remember the channel numbers.
Sundays are pretty good if you are Fantasy football player. The NFL app (X1 exclusive) is sweet to have snapped while you watch games.
Get a Xbox Live Gold membership, it will pay for itself with free games and discounts on others. You will need it to play online as well. You will get 4 free games a month (2 X1 and 2 X360). These will be older games, however there are always some good ones in there you would not have normally purchased.
Favorite games so far
Halo 5
Halo Master Chief Collection
Dead Rising 3
Tomb Raider (May be my favorite, got it 50% off with Gold)
Destiny
Titanfall
Guacamelle Super Turbo Championship (Awesome game got free with Gold)
Grand Theft Auto 5
Gaming board is pretty good here, go on over. Lot's of knowledge over there on games. Just do not ask which is better X1 or PS4; nor make fun of the PC gaming nerds.

Love my Xbox One. Can't go wrong with either system but I like the Xbox One more than my PS4
