Just a young guy with a dream, looking for some pointers.
Edit: Yeah I know the rant is just a bunch of flamers, but I thought maybe someone would give me a genuine response.

Careful. Don't forfeit eligibility.

How do you start off? How do you register? I know it's based on your individual state. Background: Starting undergrad this month. Texas A&M Business. And then law school after. But I know its possible to just register with the state once you've turned 18.

First thing you need to do is Google the story about Shaq and his college buddy who represented him.

You'll have to take a test to become an agent. I have a friend who is an agent... he's said the test is criminally easy.

Do you have $180K on-hand to purchase a JUCO QB transfer? I'm asking for a friend.

Hard niche to truly break into. If you're serious, intern and work, for free if necessary, to just get in the door. Don't take no for an answer.

I went to school with who is now one of the top agents in the nation (particularly in football) and that's essentially what it took him. Was told no but kept going back and eventually offered to work for free after graduating law school. Got him in the door and from there he just out worked everyone.
