Me and a friend are going there in July for the first time. We will be there during a Red Sox home series so we are going to catch a game or two. Anybody from the area or know the area have any suggestions on any other things to do?

Walk a lot. Hahvahd Squayah might be worth a visit; Hahvahd Yahd is just a University Diag -- you've seen it already. Public Gahden is nice -- pick up a sandwich at a deli and eat lunch out there. Walk a lot. A lot. Don't even think about driving in town.

Lots of museums and art and culture and stuff.

Don't bother with 'Cheers' unless you're with a chick who absolutely demands to go and won't shut up about it until you go. Don't tell her "I told you so" later.

There's at least one current Bahstahn resident on TD - pay attention to him.

If the sun is out, the view from the Harvard Bridge (the funny numbers painted on the sidewalk are Smoots) looking back downtown in late afternoon can be spectacular.

Walk a lot.

But it was filmed in front of a live studio audience.

History landmarks and Harpoon Brewery. You can hit a lot of the tourist sights in a couple hours by taking a duck tour. Its touristy but its fun to do.

Image reminds me -- don't wear a Yankees jersey, even though about half the people you'll see in Boston are actually New Yorkers, there only to tell everyone how much better New York is.

Can't avoid them. Look for Mother Goose's gravesite.
See if you can find the place where you can still smell molasses on a warm day (supposedly).
Find the red seat at Fenway.

AND TELL US WHAT YOU DID AND WHAT YOU LIKED WHEN YOU GET BACK!
