I just got a home brew kit as a gift and is is completely new to me so I'm looking for some tips for noobs. Also what are some good mixes I can order?

HUGE thread on food and drink board. Lots of guys that really know what they are doing over there. Main thread has links to all kinds of other things. Need to search and check it out.

Not currently, but I made some killer IPAs a few years ago. It's really not as hard as I thought it would be.

My brother actually made moonshine in the shed behind his house. His neighbor, a local cop, used to buy it from him.
