Working on my own personal project I thought I'd ask here. I think it would be pretty interesting.

I'm currently working on a comic/manga project co-written and designed with a Spanish illustrator. It's a long shot and very risky, especially considering my exit from college, but it's something I've wanted and love to do since I was young. Whatever happens, I can say that I gave it my best, and I'll just have to deal with the consequences if it doesn't go anywhere.

Too many..... Reclaiming my backyard (kids and dogs destroyed my once perfect st Augustine yard), replacing my wooden facsia and soffetts with vinyl and aluminum, rebuilding my jet ski engine for the third time, pouring a new parking spot for the truck (to get it out of the driveway), remodeling all three bathrooms, and a ton of other crap. It never ends.

Just finished painting and putting a new floor in a bedroom. About to start putting a new floor in the kitchen. Fix the lawnmower and cut grass. Start working on my taxes. Getting back to where I was at the gym before I got hurt. Get back skydiving without getting hurt again. Build a new shed for mower and tools. Off the top of my head.

After reading your post, I looked in the mirror and realized I really don't have any current ambitions or big life projects on my radar. But I'm comfortable with that.

My goals are pretty small these days, like waking up breathing, seeing my grand youngins regularly and spoiling them rotten, squirreling enough money away until I finally retire for good and live well with my wife in a beach bungalow somewhere.

But I sincerely wish you great success with your endeavor.

Juat trying to make it to September for my wedding. Once that is completed we are going to buy a house that will require some TLC. Also fiancé has a project Jeep and I look forward to pumping some money, sweat and tears into that.

Building a new patio on our house with outdoor fireplace.

Patio is mostly done. Have a decent amount left on the fireplace. Foundation is mostly done but have to go from there.

I have two ventures right now that are pretty solid: I am an independent English teacher for the company ''Bimbo'' based out of Mexico.

I also teach self-defense (I have a dojo/gym that I teach at).

By June this year, I will have a t-shirt clothing line (we're looking into shirts) and an exclusive part-time bar for students and friends.

Lots of stuff going on.

I play in couple of bands. All acoustic stuff now, though I'd like to find a funk band to join, or at least a funky band that doesn't want to play any damn Grateful Dead tunes (Damn Coloradans). I definitely don't expect a world tour, but I've found that I'm miserable if I'm not playing music.

I got spoiled as a drummer/percussionist in New Orleans. It took a while to find some people I enjoy playing with, rather than just showing up and improvising. But it is fun playing acoustic stuff again.

And also like alahunter, I'm trying to get back in shape after an injury. I need to drop about 20 pounds to get where I should be.

i'm currently trying to design a record play/record holder set up. nothing to fancy, it's essentially going to be a wooden table with some sort of housing unit underneath to hold records.

I just started a new project today. I'm going to grow several reefer plants in my backyard. I bought clones of Sour Diesel, Blue Dream, NYC Diesel, Mango Haze, King Chem, Mango Tango, Purple Urkle, and OG Kush. I'd like to find some Gorilla Glue #4, Jilly Bean, and a 1:1 cbd/thc strain. But I haven't had luck at any of the stores I've been calling.

I still have a lot of things research. I've never wanted to risk a felony, so this is my first try. There's so many nutrients and different things on the market nowadays. But it's something I've wanted to try for over half my life, but couldn't.

Watching time roll by. I realized long ago that I am a lazy unmotivated bastard and projects around the house just set me up for failure. I'm good with that
