He can sue all he wants ... we did the same thing here in SC. The problem is that the feds are dumping these people wherever they want, in the middle of the night, and once they do there is nothing anyone can do about it.
Isn't it strange that 90% of these refugees are males between the ages of 17-40 ... yet they are not willing to stay and defend their own country. They'd rather come frick ours up with their quest for world takeover and sharia law globally.

I'm on board with Bentley on this one 100%.
This lawsuit asks the court to award the following relief, but is not limited to the following:
•A declaration that the defendants have breached their consultation duties and obligations to the State of Alabama under the Refugee Act of 1980.
•A complete file on each of the refugees to include medical history.
•Certification that the refugees pose no security risk.
•A declaration that the defendants may not place refugees within the state unless they have fulfilled those duties and obligations to the State of Alabama.
There is absolutely nothing unreasonable about that being provided before a single immigrant sets one foot on Alabama soil.

Agree. We shouldn't pay them a dime. Just support with food, medical and weapons when we send them back to defend their families and country from the scourge they have allowed to take over.
