Pussy stock has gone up several hundred percent since shaving my Viking beard. Will never go back.

I enjoy the beard but the missus enjoys the smooth. Life be cruel sometimes.

I've used their beard oil. It's not that great.
The wife gets me some from her hair salon that I like, but it's kinda pricey. It's not even really beard oil. This stuff...
ETA: She and every female I encounter LOVE the smell of it.

Geeez. Exactly what "enjoyment" are you missing?
Nothing worse than those yodung men in college trying to somehow improve their image with a horrific ungroomed face.

Lighten up, Francis. When bearded, I enjoy not having to shave, having facial hair to stroke, and being able to hide imperfections.
Maybe when you hit puberty you'll be able to grow one, too. No point in being so pissy before then.

It's very enjoyable not having to shave every day or every other day. Once a week to clean up the neck and a trim.

I've had a beard for almost a decade now, and have never used beard oil, or even know what's the point. I generally trim mine to a 4 or 5. Is this need for the big bushy beards?

I started using it a couple of years ago when I grew mine out again during the itchy faze. It helped with the itching tremendously. It still does that now that it's grown in, and it helps with the frizz as well. Softens it as well.
Wife likes the scent without having to use cologne which we both hate. Not all of them have a scent though, but the ones that do that I've used it is very light scent.

I dated a girl in college that made me shave or she wouldn't touch me and wouldn't let me touch her. I was 20, she was hot so she won the day. Since the day we broke I haven't gone without facial hair, never again.

WTF is the point of this? Is it like conditioner for your beard?

pretty much, softens it a bit, gives it a bit of fragrance and helps oil the skin underneath a touch too. I never use it since I don't have a full beard and maintain a small beard but my buddy uses it daily. It helps him from itchiness more than anything.

Good to know thanks! I might get some for my fiance then.

As Spleen said, it's like a conditioner, for the hair and skin. Good for fuller beards. My wife likes the leathery, Earthy scents. I only started using oils a few months back, but I haven't settled on a brand yet. Going to try The Bearded Bastard's Woodsman next.

It doesn't work for everyone. But I hate shaving. And now that beards are so popular, it doesn't hurt my game unless I let it go and start looking like a hippie. But I have a baby face, so a beard works.

If your at about a 1/2" thick then it really isn't a need for it. When you get beyond an inch or so on the thickness then it could help a bit. It is like a guy who buzzes his head and then uses conditioner, there is zero point because your skin oils will reach all of your hair anyway. When the hair gets a little farther from the skin, it just dries out and gets tough.

His is full. He can look like a mountain man if he doesn't shave
Do they carry this stuff at Walgreens or CVS? I'd like to get some for him to try.
