Why in Gods name is traffic always a complete clusterfrick around this loop at the very same times everyday? I've been to almost every major city in the U.S nobody has come close yet

35 in Austin is as brutal.
There's one major HW through town and its 2-3 lanes at most spots. One fender bender and it's game over for anybody headed that direction.

The highway system in Austin just didn't keep pace with the growth of the city. It's meant for a city half it's size. The double decker shite on 35 is all kinds of fricked up as well

Yeah I got held up on 35 one night around Austin on the way to Laredo. Gang shooting on the freeway shut the whole thing down
