Go ahead and give two answers if you like.

One if they include all of Missouri's history and one if they only include their time in the SEC.

Michael Sam unfortunately.

Should be Norm or Justin Smith or John Brown or Kellen Winslow but it won't be.

Mizzou's has yet to be written. I'd like to think it will be about a team that over came the odds and won it all one year.

Doing one on Sam right now would seem logical, but he's kind of looked pretty dumb lately.

Maybe in 10 years if his moment means more gays came out in the big three sports.

Mizzou hasn't been SEC long enough to get a doc produced.

Chase Daniel - was the catalyst behind Mizzou football resurrection. Has a successful t-shirt apparel business.

Keyon Dooling - sexually assaulted as a kid spent 10 years in the NBA now works to help others that have been through similar events. B

You DO understand that our history didn't start over 3 years ago?

Yeah, but it's called "SEC Storied".

Not "Pre-SEC Storied"

Mizzou has had guys from the Big 8 days that have been honored as SEC legends.

We joined the conference and all our history is now SEC history.

Bit of a stretch don't you think?

Mizzou's SEC history starts in 2012.

The SEC legends thing was just so Mizzou and aTm wouldn't be left out of the ceremony. That was pretty obvious, at least it was to me.

You can't just pretend that the Big 8/12 days were actually SEC. Well, I guess you can if you want to, but that seems pretty stupid to me.

How about Coach Kul?

SEC Storied "Being Kul"

SEC Storied "DLine Zou"

SEC Storied "The Kulman Cometh"

I don't think that's fair. Who knows why he needed to take that leave of absence?

People just see him as gay now, they forget he grew up with a pretty crazy family. The dude has had a pretty hard life.

I was talking about leaving the Canadian team in such a strange manner.

It would be much easier to make a doc about him had he stuck somewhere.

Of course, you could flip the script and try to figure out why he didn't make the cut in the NFL, etc. I'm sure he has some ideas as to why.

I agree with the thought IF they were to include all of Mizzou's history, Norm would be a natural. And it would be great if they would do it while he was still alive and sharp to contribute.

Otherwise, Coach Kul and DLineZoo would make a great story.

Shoot, Pinkel's got to be right there too.

BTW, I think Pinkel is getting married today. Congrats to the coach and the new Mrs.

Shane Ray would be a good one. Coming from the area he grew up in and producing as he did turning himself in to a first round pick.

He's not the only person that grew up in a tough environment. A lot of us don't see him as gay; we see him as a drama queen (no pun intended). He hasn't taken ownership (NOT ONE TIME) of any of his shortcomings.

I hope he makes in pro ball, whichever league it's in.

Agreed.

I bet it is Pinkel actually. SEC has a Saban boner, and by association that is how they will tie in Pinkel I think. Pinkel has blown up nationally the past couple years.
