Sounds like it's slightly over 50% chance he will.

I know I have a rep for being critical or pessimistic but did anyone else get a slightly sinking feeling when he said words to the effect "I really want to play with my brother but, I have to think what is best for me."

Now that can mean a few things ranging from "Confirming MPj is a one and done" to "if I don't reclassify, when Michael leaves I may feel less stress or obligation to choose MU."

Hey just saying "and then there is that"... But all in all it just strengthens my hopes he does reclassify and we grab the proverbial "bird in the hand" especially now that we would have room for both him and Tilmon.

Cuonzo already knows his decision.

Either we have another recruit coming along with Tilmon or Jontay is reclassifying.

Would Jontay bump us into 4th? Its hard to tell since hes ranked in the 18 class.

I'm not sure how it would affect our rankings.

Obviously the ranking matters far less than the talent on the court.

We'd be either 3 or 4 with Jontay.

If you add Jontay's points in the class calculator we'd actually be #1. Not sure how his reclassification would effect that though

I was talking to my dad who is a Mizzou alum about this. He told me he's used to Mizzou hiring coaches that are more of "X and O" type guys that don't recruit the blue-chip guys but develop the players they do get well. He told me the hiring of Cuonzo Martin who is known for his recruiting ability is very un-Mizzou like.
