Mizzou hasn't run that many deep sideline routes the last 2 games.

It would be nice though to see the middle of the field used.

Hall got injured on a route in the middle of the field, but that's because he doesn't know how to run routes and read a defense. Purdue was in a zone defense on that play. If he just gets into the open zone and stops he catches the ball, doesn't get blown up and maybe has a chance to run for a first down.

Haven't seen him much, but he made a couple throws in the spring game that told me he had all the arm strength you'd ever need.

Unless you know 100% for sure who is eaxtcly to blame, you really can't say. One of these coaches, preferably Odom, has to step in and put a foot to arse. That is a start. He needs to evaluate what exactly is going on around him. Odom can do that. He has been around enough winning programs to identify these things. Then start evaluating players. Stary benching players that do not perform, example, miss takles, missed assignements, dropped balls etc. Bench'm. Odom has to take the helm here and start steering this boat, it's his boat. Sterk needs to light the fire. I still think Odom can do it, but he's got to be the one to start things. Players only meetings only go so far. That tells me right there, there are players NOT performing at the necessary level and other players who are see it. It would be wixe open right now. If you j7st walked on and can catch a damn ball, you're playing. If you can tackle, you're playing. If you can get up feild and show maximum effort, you're playing. If you fall short, there's a new water boy.

The most disheartening thing I heard occurred watching the South Carolina SEC inside episode a couple weeks ago. After the victory, Champ told his team after their last TD to put them up 21 that our team "didn't want anymore". Personally that hurts to see and hear.

So for me the minimum I want from Odom and our team is the spirit to compete. Just compete, thats all I need to see in the present.
