I see the East being a 3 horse race in 2015.

UGA
Mizzou
And the Dark horse Tennessee

1.) WR position
2.) WR position
3.) WR position

Right now Wes Leftwich is supposed to start. If you follow Mizzou football, Leftwich should never start...

Most people think we are losing a lot in our D-line with Ray and Golden gone. However, people will be surprised by Brantley. He won't skip a beat in replacing Ray/Golden. We really need Beckner Jr. to have somewhat of an impact on the line this year though, which is kind of stressful.

Mizzou just seems to grow defensive ends every year.

Yeah, I'm never too worried about the line. It will be there. We need Mauk to make better decisions and learn to stay in the pocket. The guy has a lot of potential and an absolute CANNON for an arm. We lost Murphy, but Hansborough/ Ish Witter will be a really good combo. In the end, who knows. The SEC is so talented/unpredictable (aside from Bama), that it's hard to tell what's going to happen.

Will Mauk progress in the offseason and who the hell will he throw the football to this coming season?

That pretty much sums up my concerns.

QB because who knows what we have with Mauk. And GP ain't gonna yank him until it's too late anyways if things go south. I'm hoping a year of experience and maturity is going to solve some of his problems. Kid is a gamer though, that's for sure.

WR is a concern because we have nothing but new faces. Leftwich will not start once we get past the OOC games IMO. The WR's are supposed to be talented, just unproven. As I look at it, someone will catch the ball. Someone always does. No game changers though.

K will be a concern until we have a new kicker.

You beat me to it.

I only added K because, well missed XP's and FG's scare me.

No doubt- DEs and WRs.

I'm high on Nate Brown though.

Who steps up at d-end and will Maty Mauk do the necessary off-season work to become more accurate.

The WR situation will take care of itself if Mauk delivers the ball with accuracy.

I keep hearing practice reports that Leftwich is a beast. Guess this year he will have his chance.

Mauk on offense and really what Odom does with an already good defense. My two biggest concerns. The potential with Odom is through the roof, but how will the players adapt? Mauk is at this point the same old Mauk. Unpredictable. We'll see if he improves this year. How Mauk goes is how the offense goes.

Leftwich is extremely athletic. Has great size and is a burner. His problem is the fact that he had bricks as hands. If he can fix that, he could be really good.

I know I enjoyed mine! It was kind of hard getting used to the tailgate situation, because at Mizzou they are just huge open lots. At UT it is pretty sporadic. We ended up tailgating with our crew in a parking lot by a liquor store, so there was no problem getting ready for the game ;)

Positions:
WR and lesser concern at DE

Can Maty continue to grow at QB?

Potential Issues:
Transition from Steckel to Odom on D

OLine needs to be better. Hopefully the transition is completed to Ricker's blocking schemes.

They improved greatly last year, but we need to be even better this year. A scared Mauk is a bad Mauk.
