Hadn't seen it discussed here yet, but walk-on DE Jordan Harold has been working with the 1st team defense. He's a RSJR transfer from Northwest Missouri State, didn't play much there. Supposedly he's above Howard on the depth chart.

That's what I said, but PM claims that's the case. Wish BO would release a depth chart, only one more week I guess.

Well, I would think it's a practice reward or motivation for the scholarship guys.
I highly doubt he's playing over any of them when the my start keeping score.

I agree. Makes me nervous when we keep hearing about all these walk-on's who will supposedly get playing time. I'm thinking like you, it's motivation for the better kids to work hard.

If he did explain how this is bad? We are D-Linezou for a reason. They take almost anyone make them into studs

The biggest take away for me from all this is that Howard and T. Williams are the 5th and 6th on the depth chart at DE.

If Shipp thinks he can play, I don't know many folks that would question it.

Michael Sam is 6'2" right? Charles Harris only got a Mizzou offer because his HS Coach knew Steck personally, otherwise he would be playing Division II basketball. Brantley was a 2 star who got a Mizzou offer only because his brother knew someone on the staff and begged Mizzou to take a look at his brother. So really you never know where the next great player from D-Line Zou will come from.
