Cute wording.

Everybody has an opinion and an a**hole these days.

First, I am not in favor of hiring any assistant. HC experience only. The SEC is not a "coach in training" league. Assistant to HC involves more risk due to their inexperience. Mizzou has the money and standing to avoid this unnecessary risk. GP told the Mizzou powers-that-be when we joined the SEC that this conference is an arms race. Want to play...you gotta pay.

I trust Rhoades to do the correct thing for the Tigers. If not, we hang him on that north goal post.

Agreed, The MAC and AAC is where you cut your teeth. There should already be hair on your balls before you lead a SEC team.

I am in favor of hiring the best coach. If that's Odom then I am in favor.

I hope TJ didn't trigger any one with his hurtful and wreck less comments.

Yup, this experience thing is overrated. Guys are pining for a coach who never had a season better than 4-8 as the head man...but he has experience.

Rhoades talked to the team this week told them that the search will take place after the season. Obviously Rhoades can do background checks and be ready for interviews before then.

....or he can join White Lives Matter! Which he's probably already a member of.

I don't think we have near the standing or money you think we do. Keep in mind we also going to need a new President, Chancellor, Football Coach, and Basketball Coach all next year. GP leaving and Kim tanking here early are the worst case scenarios for this school after all that has happened. We may have to settle for an assistant.
