If new, nothing to worry about. No idea if old or new though. Under the Court Security portion...which might suggest it is from the previous accident.

Failure to report an accident is nothing to me. If he starts doing blow or has inter-gender boxing matches with his gf then I will get worried. But a little weed or not reporting an accident does not show poor character to me and I think this kid has his head in the right place.
