St. Louis a pipeline for the University of South Dakota ???

The St. Louis Post Disgrace states that 3 of the Metro St. Louis top 30 recruits signed with South Dakota. All WR's. That was interesting.

I do not understand the appeal these Arctic schools have for STL kids. Minn, Wis, SD.

I kinda get it.
They dont have a pool to pick from like we do. If they had Texas, or any of the southern states they wouldn't need us. The more north you go, the less you get to pick from. Hell, big cities like Chicago only have a select few. Missouri is considered a football state when compared to northern Midwest states.

Oh, I get why those schools are hitting STL and KC. I just don't get why so many of the MO kids find those schools desirable and choose to go there.
Maybe it's just as simple as I don't like winter as much as they do. 3-4 months of cold is enough for me. I don't need 4-5 months of it.
