I didn't see it, but if Matt Stinchcomb was involved you can bet your arse he was predicting L's for Mizzou and W's for Georgia. He's such a Bulldog honk. Absolutely can't stand him.

At least McElroy, Spears and McFarland are even-handed analyzing Mizzou.

Agreed. When I watched it live, this other guy was saying that this could be a potential upset. Stinch then basically said the only way Mizzou can dream of winning this game is if UGA completely overlooks them. Frick him

Why has everybody so quickly assumed Florida is 10x better than Mizzou this season? They've got a good defense, but they're starting an Oregon State reject at QB. What about them is so much better than Mizzou?

And I love how much the media people who don't ever pay attention to Mizzou act like losing Brantley and Brady is going to frick our defense up the entire season. Not saying that we won't miss them, but our DL was the deepest in the SEC next to 'Bama.

Didn't have Brantley last year, won't have Brantley this year. Sure I would have liked to have seen him play but losing him isn't a loss as compared to last year.

I hate losing Brady but not so much for this year but for what he could have meant next year.

Florida and Georgia have similar questions as Mizzou. All 3 have good/great defenses, but major questions on offense.
The difference is recruiting. They have landed more higher rated players than Mizzou.

I think florida has the pieces with their years of solid recruiting. Georgia is in the same boat but with a defensive minded coach now.

Im so tired of the unquestioning love for ut. Look closer for their backup to dobbs; there isnt one.

They also have a habit of blowing games. They plan well for the first half but people figure out the plan and butch gets outcoached in the second half.

This will go on all year. Even in the years when Missouri defies recruiting rankings and makes it to Atlanta the experts predict losses during the season. At the end of 2014 when we had to win the last 3 games I watched Greg McElroy predict losses each week to A&M, then Tennessee, and finally Arkansas. We beat them all.

The prediction shows are just entertainment so I don't mind them taking the safe road and predicting Missouri losses based on recruiting rankings. I do think the "Mizzou will lose"/Tennessee is so wonderful" type predictions week after week hurt Missouri and help Tennessee recruiting though. It seems like Missouri commits often lose a star when committing to us and that makes it hard to rise in the recruiting rankings also.

The experts were right last year but oh so wrong the 2 years prior. Time to settle this on the field.

Just wanted to add that when the recruiting services get things wrong they are not held accountable for it. Instead , the fans of the over-rated team say their coach must suck and then they demand he be fired.

I know I'm preaching to the choir here but this needs to be put out there once in a while.

I don't think they lose to WVU and Vandy.

WVU is replacing no fewer than 9 people on defense and possibly a 10th due to off season issues.

The Vanderbilt loss was inexcusable last year. Henson only called 19 running plays against a team allowing 207 YPG on the ground. Heupel isn't going to coach into the teeth of anyone's defense. They may not win by much but Vandy scoring 10 pts again won't beat MU.

I wasn't a fan of Stinchcomb but he had MU winning the east the 2 years that they did. People think that bc the offense was so bad last year that it can't make a major leap. Hate to break it to them but it can and will. It starts with the O-Line, finally have a group of guys that fit the SEC style of players. Big and nasty. The running backs are bigger and stronger without giving up much speed. The WR will be much improved bc they have Andy Hill back as the coach and he took some average assed WR's and made them look good. I said it once and I'll said it again Mizzou wins 9 games this year.

This is a bigger deal than having different RBs IMO. Moving Hill to the QB room caused an erosion of technique at two positions that had historically been strengths.
