That pretty much nails it.

I will give Memphis credit in one very important regard, they have top flight hospitals. It is still the medical center for the entire Mid South region.

I would like Memphis more but the patchwork nature of the city gets to me. One second you are driving through one of the nicer neighborhoods you could find and the very next block over is an urban war zone.

I have no idea if it is like that for St. Louis but Chicago and DC were different.

Chicago had good and bad parts of town whereas DC is great, as long as you don't leave the area right around the capitol where all the government buildings are. The rest of DC is a bit... unpleasant.

I would continue that if things fall the right way, 8 isn't necessarily the ceiling. If Prewett and Warren can pull it off, there shouldn't be any issue at MLB vs the run. Beisel and Garrett can both play downhill. Moving Hall to WLB is another move that I like. The guys behind him are a big concern but he will make a lot of plays this year.

I hope that Walter goes with Perkins and Hilton. Sherrils overall athleticism doesn't outweigh the fact that Perkins takes better angles and tackles better.

I can look at the schedule and if I put on my rosy homer glasses and assume everything bounces our way I can argue for 10 wins.

If we make a lot of untimely mistakes like last year and get injured I can argue for 5-6 wins.

8 would be a good season with this group
