Louisiana Hires Mizzou Associate AD, Thoughts?

Dr. Bryan Maggard was just hired this week as the new Athletic Director for the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns. Everything I've read about him and from watching the Press Conference of his hiring, he seems like a great hire and has a lot of the attributes we were looking for.
Curious to hear what you guys know about him and if you have anything to say about him as an Administrator with the Tigers over his 21 year career at Mizzou.
Do you think we made the right choice?

He's an Alden protege, and Alden has been working as a consultant there. I'm sure he will do well. Alden has a bunch of people that worked for him that are now ADs. Most I think are excelling in that job.
