Can't link on my phone but matter, gave, and others appear to be under the impression Kul is gone.

Per Powermizzou

Ricker will not be returning, as told by... Ricker

Andy Hill does not have an offer to be the Montana State head coach as has been reported, may get one, but not currently. He DOES have an offer to return to Mizzou under Odom though.

Walters is the only other assistant believed to be returning at this point.

Kul is up in the air.

Two way street, he has to want to remain, and work for the guy he had just been passed over as being the Defensive Coordinator for.

He also will have an option to coach basically anywhere he'd want NFL/College etc.

Agree with both points......... I say make him a very nice offer..... Then if he leaves, it's his choice.

I liked the Odom hire under the naive pretense that Kul would therefore be retained. I stand corrected with alarming apprehension.

(I still hate the strikers)

We should not let money be the reason he leaves. If he chooses to, well, we can't force him. But we need to do everything we can to keep him. Including paying him whatever it takes.

Hating on Odom would be rather small of him.

If he had those ambitions he should have jumped for a DC job like Odom did.

That said, when you're the Michelangelo of DL coaches sometimes it best not to overreach.

Let him be the 1st DC salaried DL coach.

If y'all don't keep him I'd be thrilled if Arkansas splashed the cash to land him. He may very well be the best D-line coach in college football. The guy is worth every penny.
