Barry Odom and Kim Anderson have no business being head coaches here.

Kim Anderson and Barry Odom were both hired by AD's who had one foot out the door(Mike Alden with KA and Mack Rhoades with BO). We are working with coaches who were hired by guys who didn't GAF about the success of our programs going forward because they knew they were on their way out. We are about to finish last in the SEC in baseball, football, and basketball in 2016. I can't fricking believe it.

The fan support for Mizzou athletics is at an all time low. It's just pathetic. It's disgraceful. It's embarrassing. The Mizzou athletic department has failed on every level. We've had 3 different AD's in the last few years for Christ sake.

I don't care if Barry Odom has been here for only one year. The players clearly have a problem with him and he's created such a divided between the coaches and players that this team has regressed to the point of no return. He's starting players who shouldn't be starting. He's not even letting players play to their strengths. He's got to go.

Kim Anderson is 6-47 against P5 opponents and lead this program to it's first ever 13 game losing streak in his two year tenure here at Mizzou. Enough said.

This is my biggest red flag.

It speaks to the hubris that I think will ultimately undo him.

Hey now, some of us Hog fans read the Missouri board. Have the decency to give us a warning before you mention the JLS "smile" era at Arkansas. I'll probably be seeing that press conference in my nightmares tonight.

No, he gets a few years to get his guys in and see how they play.

I have serious doubts, but we aren't in a great position to hire anyone at the moment and top that off by firing a coach after 1 year. Who would come?

This sounds just like KA.

Give him a few years........... By then both programs will be so Fked, it will take a decade to repair.

MAY STERK DELIVER US FROM THIS SAD shite SHOW

Is it going to get worse?

You don't give a coach 1 year.

Who could we hire? Look, I'm as down on Odom as anyone else but him getting the ball rolling is our quickest shot back to relevance.

Anyone coming in would be in for a complete rebuild and knowing ng the last coach got fired after year 1.

We couldn't hire anyone we would want.

LMAO I remember reading a long post right after BO was hired

I believe it was something to the affect of

Odom has the "it" factor or something close

It, has turned out to be nothing more then......... shite.

Who knows........ Sterk could be working on something already.

I'll believe in him until he gives me reason to do otherwise.

Sterk would make it clear that the guy he fired wasn't his.

I wouldn't be against it per se, I just can't see us hiring anybody worth a frick right now.

Better to give Odom and actually chance. IMO

I can't believe that the obvious factor is always ignored with our hires. You want the best you have to pay the bucks. Especially if you're trying to continue a success.

Our university won't hire Briles. I'm ok with that.

Penton needs to shut his mouth and play football until he does something.

Add PJ Fleck. I actually don't know why Taggert doesn't get more interest.

We could get Bo Pellini. Kids will play for him for damn sure! Nub players loved the guy.

Odom could be fired, especially if Sterk stresses that a SEC HC should have HC experience. Most HC candidates would agree with that.
