Is there any hope for Porter?

Let's say Tatum was a senior. Let's say KA got Tatum to commit to Mizzou. Let's say that you were near certain that firing KA would result in losing Tatum. Would you fire KA right now or keep him to see what he does with Tatum?
As much as I haven't been a fan of what KA has done to date, landing a Porter/Tatum level talent would buy him some rope IMO.

Romar has had Porter level talent,and still not been good. Fultz is probably the top pick in the NBA draft. Not sure Romar will survive this year, without a turn around. Same with KA.

Udub has a nice recruiting class coming in next year, not just Porter.
Im no Romar fan, but next season should be his most complete team since 2012.

He had 2 guys last year that were lottery picks in this past NBA draft. Fultz is going to be a top 3 pick. Talent has never been an issue there.
A side note Nevada has a coach that Mizzou should probably consider in Musselman.

He has another good PG coming in, 2 top rated SG, and the Best forward in the class. Thats what I mean by complete class.

Would take a new head coach to land porter. KA won't get it done and shouldn't be back after this season.
