Joking aside... one of the problems of playing a freshman QB when he is going to get drilled often is that they can become gunshy. You can only take so many hits before you start to cringe in advance. Trust me, I've seen this with Arkansas QBs including Brandon Allen who had tendency to seize up in tight games before the second half of last year.
Lock may need a season to bounce back and get into his groove.
