So we know he can recruit.

We know he can coach D.

We're pretty sure he can run a clean program.

But will he let this team run when appropriate, or are they gonna play a grinding half court 25 sec offense erry possession?

If it's the first he gonna be a home run hire.

If it's the second it's gonna be somewhat boring and his team and his players will underachieve.

What type of team would you say you currently have? I watched you guys plenty this year, but I was curious what you all thought. Do you have a team better built to run or do you have a team better built to slow it down and grind the clock?

Neither. The team wasn't skilled enough to be a half court team. It also wasn't athletic enough to be an uptempo team. That would obviously change if MPJ, Jontay, Smith, Roberts, & Tilmon join the team.

Why can't you do both? A strong defense often turns into fast break opportunities.

The Porters are going to block some shots. Run them out into points!

Let them run but make sure they know how to run a half court set.

(Dammit I am ready to play some ball! Whose in?)
