I only got what y'all tell me. How can a guy be 3/4 of the way through the semester before this pops up? I don't even know what that means for him. The classes he's been taking don't count? I feel for the kid but am glad to hear it's not a recruiting violation of some sort with Haith.

The official statement from the AD said academic.
Others have said "undisclosed reasons."
I haven't hear "violations of team rules" yet. That's usually bad.

I haven't heard anything saying Gant has been suspended or being punished. This is NCAA holding Gant out.

Yeah it seems pretty absurd the timing of all of this. Not much info on what's going on either.
