He's got an arm. But that's all he has terrible reads, bad decision making, bad fundamentals.

He just got started in football too late, and didn't get enough development.

The WRs aren't helping, but it's not just on them. He just isn't a great QB

He doesn't have it, whatever it is, he doesn't have it.

We need to play Wilson and see what he has.

Odom won't though, and I'm not sure why. He has to know that his time is dwindling

Lock needs to think about his future and transfer. Like now.

COU loves to get personal. It's his thing.

TBH, I'm not even really sure why he hates me so much. It's weird.

Lock doesn't even make reads. I guess he reads whether to hand it off or not. But when passing, he makes zero reads.

I was a huge Lock guy but I'm ready to try someone else. At least for some series each game.

I really liked the TD pass to Moore, and the DB took it away from him! Lol...Moore sucks too!

I'm not a quarterback expert by any means, but when most of your passes are long throws to the sidelines five yards or less downfield it gets stale and predictable. Little to no tight end involvement. Little to know called throws or screens to the running backs. No wheel routes to an RB over the middle or in the flat.

Whoever said he made a mistake not goiong to Michigan is probably right. He needs to be in pro style offense where a full variety of routes and receivers are utilized.

What the hell happened to all the guys saying he was a sure fire first round pick??? Probably the same guys who bashed my BO=KA comparison. Totally ignoring the obvious. Well for all you MUINSD bashers Well JK I have noticed a few who have reluctantly begun parroting my thoughts and quotes which they previously dismissed

I think Lock has a great arm! I also think this offensive scheme is not suited for him. He's more of a pro style offensive QB. Less complicated, better receivers, less fast! I personally don't like this style of offense either. It's a Big 12 type of offense designed to wear out your defense, in hopes of outscoring the other team by running 100 plays! It doesn't work against good defenses, never has! That's why the Big 12 is fun to watch, but don't win championships!
Lock will be a better pro QB than college QB!

Pro style offenses are way more complicated than this spread RPO offense. The offense does need to focus o. The slot receivers and TE's. Middle of the field throws easier to complete.

NO! That is incorrect! In a pro style offense usually there are only 3 receivers out on pass routes at any particular time. Most passes have a designated target in mind since most are play action pass. Run schemes are much easier. Linemen love this style of offense. They actually get to drive block instead of dancing with Dlinemen. It's designed for more power play. Running the footballs...draw plays...screen passes...play action down the seem to the TE. Not to mention you drive the ball down the field. Take time off the clock. Keep your defense fresh! It's a big fallacy thinking if you run 100 plays your occupying the clock and doing great things! I'd rather have 5...10 play drives that end up in touchdowns. The other team won't have enough time left on the clock to win!

You can run 5-10 play drives in spread offenses. Clemson just won the national championship in a spread tempo offense.

Mizzou's offense basically gives Lock 2 reads on any play. It also only works with a power run game.

Heupal has said that they have to run plays that fast, because they don't have a choice. I think that he might be referring to the talent on offense or the lack of.
